Consultora de la UNESCO Paris en temas de educaci\u00f3n, medios de comunicaci\u00f3n e Internet. Conferencista en Congresos Internacionales (Paris, Madrid, Praga, Washington, Viena) sobre el tema. Asesor\u00f3 a Ministerios de Educaci\u00f3n de Am\u00e9rica Latina, Europa Oriental, \u00c1frica y Asia sobre la utilizaci\u00f3n de los medios y las tecnolog\u00edas en la educaci\u00f3n.
