En 2020, este porcentaje alcanz\u00f3 un 41%\u201d, indic\u00f3 el experto invitado del Laboratorio 2, Roger L\u00f3pez, encargado de la direcci\u00f3n de investigaci\u00f3n de Captura Consulting, la empresa boliviana m\u00e1s importante en investigaci\u00f3n de mercado.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_961\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-961\" style=\"width: 696px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-961\" src=\"https:\/\/fundacionperiodismo.org\/medialabfpp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/1-1-1024x640.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"696\" height=\"435\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-961\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto: Exposici\u00f3n sobre comportamiento del consumidor.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Para el estudio de Captura Consulting se realizaron 1.478 encuestas probabil\u00edsticas (95% de confianza y 2.5% de error) en el mes de agosto de 2020, a usuarios de internet entre 15 y 60 a\u00f1os que habitan las principales ciudades de Bolivia: Santa Cruz, La Paz, El Alto y Cochabamba.<\/p>\n<p>El 40% de entrevistados indic\u00f3 que prefer\u00eda comprar por internet debido a la facilidad de hacerlo a cualquier hora y d\u00eda, el 35% prefiere hacerlo por las ofertas, descuentos y promociones y el 33% dijo que internet era la \u00fanica opci\u00f3n que ten\u00edan para comprar el producto que deseaban.<\/p>\n<p><iframe style=\"border: none;\" title=\"Las 5 plataformas m\u00e1s utilizadas para compras en Bolivia\" src=\"https:\/\/e.infogram.com\/0cd79fcc-4ad8-4933-a44f-b01fed3a5cb4?src=embed\" width=\"700\" height=\"660\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 8px 0; font-family: Arial!important; font-size: 13px!important; line-height: 15px!important; text-align: center; border-top: 1px solid #dadada; margin: 0 30px; width: 640px;\"><a style=\"color: #989898!important; text-decoration: none!important;\" href=\"https:\/\/infogram.com\/0cd79fcc-4ad8-4933-a44f-b01fed3a5cb4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Las 5 plataformas m\u00e1s utilizadas para compras en Bolivia<\/a><br \/>\n<a style=\"color: #989898!important; text-decoration: none!important;\" href=\"https:\/\/infogram.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Infogram<\/a><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Otro de los gastos brindados es que el gasto promedio por compra online es de 89 d\u00f3lares. Un 25% de los consumidores gasta entre 0 a 20 d\u00f3lares, el 23% de consumidores gasta entre 21 a 40 d\u00f3lares y el 20% entre 41 a 70 d\u00f3lares. Solo un 6% gasta m\u00e1s de 300 d\u00f3lares en compras online y 13% de usuarios gasta entre 100 a 300 d\u00f3lares.<\/p>\n<p><iframe style=\"border: none;\" title=\"productos y servicios m\u00e1s comprados en internet\" src=\"https:\/\/e.infogram.com\/0f108f85-be27-475a-85b0-661ff3d1bf3a?src=embed\" width=\"700\" height=\"591\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 8px 0; font-family: Arial!important; font-size: 13px!important; line-height: 15px!important; text-align: center; border-top: 1px solid #dadada; margin: 0 30px; width: 640px;\"><a style=\"color: #989898!important; text-decoration: none!important;\" href=\"https:\/\/infogram.com\/0f108f85-be27-475a-85b0-661ff3d1bf3a\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">productos y servicios m\u00e1s comprados en internet<\/a><br \/>\n<a style=\"color: #989898!important; text-decoration: none!important;\" href=\"https:\/\/infogram.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Infogram<\/a><\/div>\n<p>Respecto a la frecuencia de compra, el 26% de los usuarios indican que lo hacen una vez al mes, 23% lo hace cada 2 a 3 meses y un 20% compra algo online una vez al a\u00f1o. 5% de los usuarios compra algo cada semana y un 8% cada 15 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>El estudio demostr\u00f3 que la mayor\u00eda de los usuarios prefer\u00eda pagar con tarjeta de d\u00e9bito (58%). Un 44% prefer\u00eda pagar en efectivo, 34% prefiere la transferencia bancaria y un 18% con tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito.
